I will give you the price, and make a basic sketch of the commission. If the sketch is approved I will take the full payment before beginning progress on the rest of the commission.

Terms and Service

General Terms: - Sketches will include a large watermark, the final draft will not.; - Prices are subject to change bassed on skill and demand.; - I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order.; - If your commission order is vague (nospecific details, poor/unclear/innacurate reference), I will take artistic liberty if design questions do not clarify.; - Payment is in USD, and will not be accepted or requested until I give you a slot and the rough sketch is approved.; - I reserve the right to post finished artwork anywhere and use it in my portfolio.; - Commissioned art may not be used as NFTs, be used to train AI, be used commercially, or be altered without my consent.
Process: - I will let you know when I have started progress on your commission and will periodically send a WIP (work in progress) to make sure you do not want to make any changes.; - The amount of WIPs depends on the size and complexity of the piece; - Once I am finished with your commission you will recieve the final image with a small signature. Images posted on my social media will include a watermark.
Revisions: Revisions must be requested before I begin lineart and coloring; - You make make 4 minor revisions (changing a color, hand pose, expression, etc) free of charge.; - You make make one major revision (changing pose, clothing, etc) free of charge.; - A fee will be added to your commission price if you want to make more than the allowed alterations, or changing something that was previously approved- unless there was a misunderstanding on my part.; - The added fee is based on $7.25 per hour of work.
Refunds and Cancellation: - Cancelling your commission after I have already started it will result in a 25% refund.; - Refunds will not be given if I have already started or finished lineart; - If I am for some reason unable to start your commission, I will give a full refund.; - If you cancel your commission before I have started, you will recieve a full refund.; - If you request a Paypal chargeback without communicating with me after I have started your commission, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future, and will lose rights to the art.
Customer Usage: - You may use your commissioned piece for personal use only.; - You may not remove my signature.; - You may not claim the artwork as your own.; - You may request that I keep your name anonymous if/when I post your commission on social media
